Terms of service

AT HOME AUTO SERVICES

Doha, State of Qatar · CR# 241836

Effective 19 July 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between At Home Auto Services (“Company,” “we,” “us”) and any person or entity who requests, books, pays for, or receives any service from the Company (“Customer,” “you”), regardless of the booking channel — website, WhatsApp, telephone, social media, email, in person, or third-party referral. By booking, confirming, paying for, or allowing the Company to begin or continue work, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms in full. These Terms apply to all Company services, including Interior Detail, Exterior Detail, Full Detail, the Deep Wash / Car Wash Subscription, and any one-time, recurring, promotional, gift, fleet, or commercial service, and take precedence over any prior discussion, quotation, or advertisement to the extent of any conflict.

Each numbered sub-clause of these Terms constitutes a separate and independent term of the agreement between the Company and the Customer. The invalidity, unenforceability, or striking down of any one sub-clause — in whole or in part, by a court, arbitrator, or regulator — does not affect the validity or enforceability of any other sub-clause, whether in the same Article or elsewhere in these Terms, each of which is intended to and shall continue to operate on its own terms.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

1.1 “Company” means At Home Auto Services and its owners, employees, technicians, subcontractors, and authorized representatives.

1.2 “Service(s)” means any mobile cleaning, detailing, protection, or related service, including any Subscription.

1.3 “Service Location” means the address nominated by the Customer for the Service.

1.4 “Booking Information” means all information the Customer provides at or before booking, including vehicle type, size, condition, location, and special instructions.

1.5 “Authorized Representative” has the meaning given in Clause 6.3. Headings are for convenience only; the singular includes the plural, and references to the Company include its representatives.

1.6 “Vehicle” or “vehicle” means any car, SUV, or other passenger vehicle, motorcycle or bike, boat, jet ski, or other watercraft, recreational vehicle (RV), caravan, or other conveyance the Company agrees to service, including any such Vehicle forming part of a registered fleet or business account. Any reference to “vehicle” elsewhere in these Terms applies equally to any type of Vehicle serviced by the Company, adapted as necessary and reasonable to that Vehicle's type and nature.

2. Agreement, Acceptance, and Communications

2.1 By requesting, booking, confirming, paying for, or accepting any Service through any channel — including telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or other electronic means — the Customer confirms they have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to these Terms, with the same effect as a signed document.

2.2 The Customer consents to receive booking, service, and payment-related communications through these channels.

2.3 A booking request submitted by the Customer is an offer to purchase the Service on these Terms, not a binding contract. A contract is formed only when the Company accepts the booking — by confirming it, or by commencing the Service — whichever happens first. The Company is not obliged to accept any booking.

2.4 These Terms are intended to set out, in good faith, a clear and fair basis on which the Company and the Customer can transact safely and with mutual understanding. Where a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith under Article 22 (Dispute Resolution) before pursuing other remedies. This Clause 2.4 reflects the parties' shared intent in entering these Terms and does not limit, waive, or reduce the binding effect of any other Clause.

3. Nature and Scope of Services

3.1 The Company provides professional mobile vehicle cleaning, detailing, and cosmetic protection at the Service Location. Unless expressly agreed in writing, Services are cosmetic only and do not include mechanical, structural, or bodywork repair, paint repair, mold remediation, pest extermination, or electrical diagnosis or repair.

3.2 The Company does not guarantee restoration to original or prior condition; results depend on each vehicle's age, condition, and history, and no specific outcome is guaranteed unless confirmed separately in writing.

3.3 The description of a Service, its inclusions, and its process, as published on the Company's official website at the time of booking, is the definitive description of that Service. Videos, posters, social media posts, and other marketing materials may not reflect the Company's current process or inclusions and are for general illustration only.

3.4 Within a booked Service, the Company may omit a specific step or process it reasonably judges unnecessary for the vehicle's condition (for example, skipping interior shampoo on visibly clean upholstery), without this being treated as a failure to complete the Service or entitling the Customer to a discount, provided the overall Service standard for that package is met.

3.5 In addition to Clause 3.4, the Company may omit any step, process, or area of a Service that its personnel reasonably judge to pose a safety risk to personnel, the vehicle, or any person or property present, without this being treated as a failure to complete the Service. The Company will inform the Customer of any step omitted on safety grounds where practicable.

4. Booking, Quotations, and Additional Charges

4.1 Bookings are accepted and confirmed based on the vehicle type, size, condition, and service selected by the Customer. The price displayed on the Company's website or otherwise communicated to the Customer and confirmed at the time of booking shall constitute the applicable price for the Service. The Company does not ordinarily amend the confirmed booking price, and the vast majority of Services will be completed at the confirmed booking price.

4.2 The Company may inspect the vehicle upon arrival to confirm that the vehicle and its condition are reasonably consistent with the Booking Information provided by the Customer. A change to the confirmed price or scope of Service will only be considered where the Customer selected an inappropriate Service for the actual vehicle or where the vehicle's condition is materially and substantially worse than reasonably anticipated based on the information provided and, as a result, the selected Service cannot reasonably be performed as booked. In such circumstances, the Company will explain the required adjustment and obtain the Customer's approval before proceeding with any additional charge or materially different Service. If the Customer does not approve the proposed adjustment, the Company may decline to proceed with the affected Service.

4.3 Additional charges may only apply under Clause 4.2, where the vehicle's actual condition is materially and substantially worse than reasonably anticipated based on the Booking Information provided, such that the selected Service cannot reasonably be completed within its standard scope. A condition may meet this threshold where, for example, heavy sand, mud, or off-road buildup, excessive or extensive staining, biological contamination, or significant pet hair goes materially beyond what a standard Service of that category would reasonably be expected to address. No additional charge is applied without the Customer's approval, obtained in accordance with Clause 4.2.

4.4 Where the Company identifies a condition described in Clause 4.3 and the Customer cannot be reached to approve an adjustment, the Company may discontinue the Service, in which case Clause 5.2 (pro-rata payment) applies; or complete the Service to its standard, booked scope only, without attempting the affected additional work.

4.5 Where the Service package selected does not match the vehicle's actual size, type, or condition, or where information provided at booking is incomplete or inaccurate such that the selected package is unsuitable, the Company may decline to proceed with that package, offer an upgraded package at the applicable price, or proceed with the booked package's standard scope only — at the Company's discretion, without liability (see also Clause 5).

4.6 Service durations displayed or communicated at the time of booking are intended to provide a reasonably accurate estimate based on normal service conditions. Minor variations may occur due to the actual condition of the vehicle, access to the vehicle, weather, operational circumstances, or other factors encountered during the Service. Such minor variations do not constitute a change to the confirmed Service or entitle either party to compensation solely due to the difference in duration.

4.7 The Company may substitute a product, material, or supply used in a Service with a reasonably equivalent alternative, at its discretion, without notice.

4.8 Vehicle Classification: For pricing purposes, the Company classifies any private passenger vehicle that is larger than a standard sedan, including SUVs, 4x4 vehicles (فورويل), crossovers, and other larger private passenger vehicles, under the SUV Service Tier. This classification applies exclusively to private passenger vehicles and does not include buses, commercial vans, trucks, minibuses, or other commercial or heavy vehicles. The Company’s classification is based on the vehicle’s overall size, body configuration, and service requirements, and the Company’s determination of the applicable category shall apply for pricing purposes.

4.9 Service Method Selection. The Company may perform the Service using rinseless or waterless methods, bucket wash, pressure washing, or standard water wash, selected at the Company's discretion based on the vehicle, the Service Location, water and drainage access, building or compound rules, environmental conditions, or applicable regulations. Where a Service Location does not permit a particular method (for example, a building that prohibits water runoff or pressure washing), the Company will use an appropriate alternative method available to it.

4.10 Change of Method. The Company may change the method used to perform a Service where reasonably necessary, including due to: water or electricity unavailability at the Service Location; building, compound, or municipal restrictions on water use, runoff, or noise; weather conditions; the vehicle's condition or finish (see Clause 6.6); equipment limitations at the location; or any safety consideration. A change of method under this Clause does not, by itself, constitute a change to the confirmed Service or price under Clause 4.1, provided the Service's inclusions are still delivered.

4.11 Products and Materials. Without limiting Clause 4.7, the Company reserves the right to select, at its sole discretion, the cleaning agents, chemicals, tools, and materials it considers appropriate for the vehicle and Service, provided they are fit for purpose. The Company is not obliged to use a specific brand or product requested by the Customer unless expressly agreed in writing.

4.12 Equipment Failure or Supply Shortage. Where the Company is unable to complete a Service because of equipment failure or a shortage of supplies at the time of the Service, the Company may, at its discretion: use a reasonable alternative method or product available to it; reschedule the Service to a later time; offer to revisit and complete the Service; or cancel the Service and refund any amount paid for the incomplete portion. Where the Service was partially completed, Clause 5.2 (pro-rata payment) applies to the portion actually performed.

5. Right to Refuse, Decline, or Discontinue Service

5.1 The Company may, at its reasonable discretion, decline, postpone, refuse, or discontinue a booking or Service, in whole or in part, including, but not limited to, for reasons relating to the Service Location, accessibility, safety, vehicle condition, Customer conduct, or any other operational, commercial, or safety consideration — without this entitling the Customer to compensation. This includes, without limitation, situations involving a genuine safety or security risk to personnel, hazardous materials or dangerous objects (Clause 13), an unsafe or unauthorized Service Location (Clause 15), or abusive or threatening conduct.

5.2 Where a Service already in progress is discontinued on the grounds set out in Clause 5.1, the Customer remains responsible for payment for work already performed, on a reasonable pro-rata basis.

⌘ The vast majority of our customers never trigger this next clause. It exists purely to protect our technicians from the rare case of genuinely bad-faith conduct — not as a threat to ordinary customers with honest concerns.

5.3 The Company may also, at its reasonable discretion, decline future bookings from, or discontinue Services (including a Subscription) to, a Customer who repeatedly makes claims that, following the Company's reasonable investigation under Article 22, are determined to be knowingly false, fraudulent, or made in bad faith; initiates an unwarranted chargeback (Clause 10); behaves abusively toward personnel; repeatedly fails to meet the obligations in Clause 6; or otherwise engages in conduct detrimental to the Company's business, staff, or other customers.

5.4 Without limiting Clause 5.1, the Company may decline to begin, or may discontinue, a Service where the Service Location or its surrounding environment presents a genuine safety risk, including, but not limited to: extreme heat or weather conditions unsafe for outdoor work; unstable, unsafe, or unsuitable ground or surface; presence of aggressive animals or wildlife; structural hazards; exposed electrical hazards; or any other condition the Company's personnel reasonably judge unsafe. Clause 5.2 (pro-rata payment for work already performed) applies where the Service has begun.

Exercising any of the rights in Clauses 5.1 through 5.4 is not a breach of these Terms and does not entitle the Customer to compensation.

6. Customer Obligations and Authorized Representatives

The Company's technicians ordinarily bring their own water, power, equipment, and products, and the Customer is not required to supply these for a standard Service.

6.1 As a condition of Service, the Customer agrees to ensure: the vehicle is present and accessible at the agreed time; a suitable, lawful, and safe working area is available (Clause 15); and the Customer or an Authorized Representative is present or reasonably contactable throughout. Where a particular Service or Service Location requires customer-provided access to water, electricity, or another facility, the Company will advise the Customer of this where reasonably practicable, including before the booking is confirmed where the requirement is known in advance. The Customer must remove valuables beforehand (Clause 13), disclose known pre-existing damage, defects, or mechanical issues, and disclose any hazardous, biological, or unusual conditions before booking or, at the latest, before the Service begins.

6.2 Failure to meet the obligations in Clause 6.1 may result in the Company declining, delaying, modifying, or discontinuing the Service without liability.

6.3 Any adult present at the Service Location who provides access, keys, or instructions; authorizes or accepts the Service; makes payment; or otherwise acts on behalf of the Customer in connection with the booking is conclusively deemed the Customer's Authorized Representative, regardless of any later dispute over their authority.

6.4 The Company may rely on an Authorized Representative's acts and instructions as the Customer's own without independent verification, and the Customer accepts full responsibility for any instruction, representation, approval, acceptance, payment, disclosure, omission, or authorization made by an Authorized Representative.

6.5 Any request to change, add to, or deviate from the process of a booked Service, and any special demand or requirement, must be communicated to the Company before the Service begins. The Company is not obliged to accommodate a request made after the Service has started and is not liable for being unable to do so.

⌘ Most vehicles have none of the items below. We ask so we can treat your vehicle with the right products, technique, and care — not to create obstacles. If in doubt, just tell us and we'll advise before your booking is confirmed.

6.6 As a condition of booking, the Customer must inform the Company if, to the best of their knowledge, the vehicle has any of the following: (a) repainted, resprayed, or touched-up panels, whether professionally or otherwise; (b) a matte, satin, or non-standard finish; (c) vinyl wrap, paint protection film, decals, or exposed carbon fibre; (d) an existing ceramic coating; (e) failing, peeling, flaking, cracked, or heavily oxidised paint or clear coat; (f) existing dents, scratches, rust, bodywork filler, or accident repair; (g) cracked or chipped glass, damaged windows, seals, or sunroof; (h) water leaks, damp, mould, or previous water damage; (i) a convertible, soft top, or fabric roof; (j) any known mechanical, electrical, or battery fault; (k) classic, collectible, or non-standard vehicle status; (l) aftermarket exhaust, air suspension, lowered suspension, or wide-body or kit modifications; (m) aftermarket sensors, custom electronics, dashcams, ambient lighting, aftermarket sound systems, exposed or non-standard wiring, or roof-mounted accessories; (n) an electric or hybrid drivetrain, high-voltage system, or charging equipment; or (o) any other modification, special feature, or component the Customer considers sensitive or requiring careful handling. Where a condition is disclosed, the Company will advise before the booking is confirmed whether it can service the vehicle, whether a different Service or price applies, and what outcome can realistically be expected.

6.7 Where a condition listed in Clause 6.6 was not disclosed and is identified on arrival, the Company may, before commencing work: (a) decline to proceed, in which case the call-out charge in Clause 8.4 applies and any balance is refunded; (b) proceed with a modified scope or method appropriate to the vehicle, at a price agreed under Clause 4.2; or (c) proceed on the Customer's express instruction, having explained the risk, in which case Clause 12.17 applies.

6.8 Where a condition listed in Clause 6.6 was not disclosed and was not reasonably apparent to the Company on visual inspection, and damage occurs because of that condition, the Company is not responsible for that damage. The Customer remains responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.

7. Vehicle Access, Keys, and Movement

7.1 Booking authorizes Company personnel to access the vehicle as reasonably required, including, but not limited to, opening doors, hood, and trunk; adjusting seats; and moving mats and loose items — but the Company will not open closed storage compartments (e.g., a glovebox) unless necessary for the requested Service or specifically asked to.

7.2 Booking also authorizes the Company to start, idle, move, reverse, and park the vehicle as reasonably necessary; the Company is not liable for fuel used for this purpose. The Company is not liable for parking fines or towing arising from undisclosed Service Location restrictions, but remains responsible for parking fines or towing directly caused by the Company's negligence, misconduct, or failure to comply with applicable parking or traffic requirements in moving or parking the vehicle.

7.3 Where keys (including spares or smart keys) are provided or left with the vehicle, the Customer remains responsible for their condition and functionality. The Company is not liable for pre-existing key damage, a depleted key battery, a vehicle that self-locks with keys inside, or a locking-system malfunction not directly and demonstrably caused by the Company's proven negligence.

8. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

8.1 No cancellation or rescheduling fee currently applies to one-time bookings; the Company may introduce one in future with reasonable notice.

8.2 The Company will try to arrive within the agreed window and may agree to wait a reasonable period if requested; if the vehicle, Customer, or Service Location is still not ready by then, the Company may treat the appointment as abandoned.

8.3 Following a no-show or abandoned appointment, the Company may require confirmation, a deposit, or prepayment before accepting a future booking, and may decline further bookings from a Customer with a pattern of no-shows or late cancellations.

8.4 Where the Company arrives at the Service Location and is unable to proceed, or proceeds only with a reduced or modified scope, because of a condition the Customer failed to disclose under Clause 6.6, or because the vehicle, Customer, or Service Location was not ready or accessible as required under Clause 6.1, the Company may charge a call-out fee to cover time and travel already committed, in addition to any charge for work actually performed.

9. Subscription Services (Deep Wash / Car Wash Subscription)

9.1 Subscriptions are billed in advance at the selected plan's frequency and rate and renew automatically unless cancelled under Clause 9.8.

9.2 Each visit covers only the inclusions of the selected plan and not the more extensive one-time Interior, Exterior, or Full Detail packages unless separately booked.

9.3 Subscription fees are consideration for reserving recurring service capacity during the applicable billing period and are not calculated solely by reference to the number of visits actually used; unused visits within a cycle do not roll over, accumulate, or entitle the Customer to a refund or credit, except where the visit could not be performed due to the Company's own cancellation.

9.4 Where the Company reschedules a visit for weather, operational, or safety reasons, it will try to complete it within the same cycle; otherwise the visit carries forward to the next cycle rather than being refunded.

9.5 A Subscription may be paused by agreement (no charge during the pause, resuming automatically unless cancelled).

9.6 The Service Location, vehicle, or plan on a Subscription may be changed subject to the Company's confirmation and any applicable price adjustment; adding a vehicle requires a new or upgraded Subscription. A Subscription is personal to the purchasing Customer and not transferable without the Company's prior written consent.

9.7 Failed or declined payment may result in suspension of upcoming visits, and repeated failure may result in cancellation without further notice.

9.8 The Customer may cancel a Subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current, already-paid billing cycle; amounts paid for that cycle are non-refundable regardless of visits used, except as expressly stated in Clause 9.3 or 9.4.

9.9 In the event of any changes to the Subscription Services, including, without limitation, changes to pricing, service methods, service frequency, or the scope of services, the Customer will be notified before the next billing period about such changes. The Customer may cancel under Clause 9.8 before the increased price takes effect; continuing the Subscription after that date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

10. Pricing, Payment, and Chargebacks

10.1 The price displayed on the Company's website or otherwise communicated to and confirmed with the Customer at the time of booking is the applicable price for the booked Service, subject only to any adjustment expressly permitted under Article 4 and approved by the Customer before the additional charge is incurred.

10.2 Payment in full is due on completion, or in advance of each billing cycle for a Subscription, using the methods communicated at booking or shown on the Company's website.

10.3 Where the Customer has a concern about a charge, they agree to raise it directly with the Company under Article 22 first, giving the Company a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve it, before pursuing a chargeback or payment dispute.

10.4 Where a chargeback or dispute is raised without first doing so, and is subsequently unsuccessful, rejected, reversed, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise determined in the Company's favor, the Customer is liable for all resulting bank fees, processor fees, recovery costs, and reasonable legal fees the Company incurs in responding to or recovering from it.

11. Promotions, Gift Cards, and Fleet / Commercial Accounts

11.1 The Company may offer, modify, or withdraw promotions, discount codes, coupons, gift cards, or referral discounts at its discretion, at any time before a booking is confirmed.

11.2 Unless stated otherwise: only one discount or promotion applies per booking and none may be combined with each other or with a Subscription rate; such offers have no cash value; and gift cards or referral credits are non-transferable (except as the Company may permit) and expire per their stated terms.

11.3 Fleet and commercial accounts may have separately agreed payment, invoicing, and pricing terms in writing, which supplement and, in the event of conflict, take precedence over the corresponding provisions of these Terms for that account.

11.4 For a fleet or commercial account, any individual notified to the Company in writing as authorized to book, approve, or accept Services on the account's behalf is an Authorized Representative for that account under Clause 6.3, in addition to any person meeting the description in Clause 6.3 at a given Service Location.

11.5 The pricing published for consumer vehicle categories under Clause 4.8 applies to individual consumer bookings only. Pricing for fleet, business, or commercial accounts — including for commercial vans, trucks, minibuses, or other heavy or specialized vehicles — is separately quoted and agreed under Clause 11.3, and the consumer pricing referenced in Clause 4.8 does not apply to such accounts.

12. Vehicle Condition and Technical Disclaimers

12.1 The Customer acknowledges that outcomes vary with each vehicle's age, condition, materials, and history, and that cleaning may reveal pre-existing or previously hidden defects the Company neither caused nor could have known about.

12.2 Nothing in this Article 12 excludes or limits liability for loss or damage caused by the Company's gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud. Each of Clauses 12.4 through 12.21 below is subject to, and does not exclude liability arising from, this Clause 12.2.

12.3 Subject always to Clause 12.2, and except where directly and demonstrably caused by the Company's proven negligence, the Company is not liable for the matters set out in Clauses 12.4 through 12.14, whether pre-existing, revealed, or arising during or after Service. The categories in Clauses 12.4–12.14 are illustrative examples within each stated category, not an exhaustive list of every possible issue within that category.

12.4 General condition

Subject to Clause 12.2, the Company is not liable for: existing scratches, swirl marks, paint chips, oxidation, prior repairs, rust, worn trim, upholstery wear, damaged plastics, existing leaks, or malfunctioning electronics.

12.5 Paint and exterior

Subject to Clause 12.2, the Company is not liable for: differing reaction of repainted panels, lifting or peeling of already-weak clear coat, or defects revealed once contamination is removed. Complete removal or improvement of any scratch, swirl mark, oxidation, or water spot is not guaranteed. The Company does not guarantee an exact shade, gloss, or finish match between a repainted, faded, oxidised, or wrapped panel and adjoining original panels; visible differences may remain, or become more noticeable, after cleaning or correction.

12.6 Coatings, wax, and sealants

Subject to Clause 12.2: these improve appearance and ease of maintenance but do not make surfaces immune to scratches, etching, droppings, or water spots; durability depends on factors outside the Company's control, and any durability estimate given is not a guarantee.

12.7 Wraps, PPF, and decals

Subject to Clause 12.2, the Company is not liable for: lifting, peeling, bubbling, adhesive failure, or discoloration linked to age, prior installation quality, or material defects.

12.8 Interior

Subject to Clause 12.2: complete removal of permanent stains, dye transfer, burn marks, or embedded odors is not guaranteed; the process may reveal pre-existing wear or fading.

12.9 Seats and child seats

Subject to Clause 12.2: seats are removed only if requested, and solely for cleaning access. The Company does not certify correct reinstallation of any child restraint, and the Customer is solely responsible for verifying correct installation before transporting a child, and for pre-existing conditions in airbags, sensors, or seat electronics.

12.10 Electronics

Subject to Clause 12.2, the Company is not liable for issues with: infotainment, cameras, sensors, speakers, displays, GPS, dash cameras, remote starters, alarms, and battery management systems.

12.11 High-voltage, EV, and hybrid systems

The Company does not inspect, service, disconnect, diagnose, or modify high-voltage systems, charging systems, traction batteries, or related components of an electric or hybrid vehicle. Subject to Clause 12.2, the Company is not liable for issues arising with such systems. The Customer is responsible for ensuring the charging port is closed before the Service begins.

12.12 Engine bay

Subject to Clause 12.2: the engine bay is cleaned only if requested; the Company is not liable for failures linked to existing leaks, corrosion, loose wiring, or prior modifications present beforehand.

12.13 Mechanical / electrical issues

Subject to Clause 12.2, the Company is not liable for: a dead battery, starter or alternator failure, cooling issues, warning lights, or “limp” mode. Proximity in time to a Service does not by itself establish that the Service caused it.

12.14 Water intrusion

Subject to Clause 12.2, the Company is not liable for: water entering due to worn seals, leaking sunroofs, or prior structural issues. The Company is not required to verify every window, sunroof, or convertible top is closed, and is not liable for ingress from one left open; soft tops and fabric roofs carry added risk during cleaning.

12.15 Subject to Clause 12.2, this Clause 12.15 extends the treatment in Clauses 12.4–12.14 to any other pre-existing, hidden, or condition-related issue of a similar or related nature to a category specifically listed in those clauses.

12.16 No guarantee is made that any specific outcome, stain removal, odor elimination, or protective product performance will be achieved, and any outcome described verbally or in writing is an estimate only unless confirmed separately in writing by an authorized representative of the Company.

12.17 Where the Company has identified a condition listed in Clause 6.6 and has explained to the Customer that the vehicle may not respond normally to the Service, and the Customer instructs the Company to proceed, the Company will use methods it reasonably judges appropriate to reduce risk but does not guarantee any outcome. Subject to Clause 12.2, the Company is not liable for lifting, peeling, softening, staining, colour change, adhesive failure, delamination, or similar reaction of a repainted panel, wrap, film, coating, or weakened finish that occurs despite reasonable care. This higher standard of care applies because the Customer, having been informed of the risk, elected to proceed at their own instruction, distinguishing this Clause from the ordinary-negligence standard applied under Clause 12.3.

12.18 Headlight restoration and polishing

Subject to Clause 12.2: headlight restoration or polishing improves clarity and appearance but does not guarantee a like-new or fully clear result, particularly where the lens has existing cracking, crazing, heavy UV degradation, previous sanding, clear-coat failure, internal condensation, or is an aftermarket or non-standard lens. The Company is not liable for the lens's remaining clarity over time; durability depends on UV exposure and other factors outside the Company's control, and any protective coating applied does not guarantee a permanent result.

12.19 Boats, jet skis, and other watercraft

Subject to Clause 12.2: the hull and other exterior surfaces of a boat, jet ski, or other watercraft can only be detailed while the vessel is out of the water and positioned on land, a trailer, or a lift; the Company does not perform in-water hull cleaning or detailing. The Company is not liable for the condition, performance, or durability of antifouling paint, gelcoat, marine electronics (including GPS, fish-finders, and bilge pumps), canvas, bimini tops, or marine upholstery, or for issues with the engine or bilge area, except where directly and demonstrably caused by the Company's proven negligence.

12.20 Motorcycles and bikes

Subject to Clause 12.2, the Company is not liable for: the vehicle falling or tipping over during Service where this is not caused by the Company's proven negligence; or issues arising with exposed mechanical or electrical components, including the chain, sprocket, wiring harness, engine control unit, or air intake, that are inherent to the vehicle's design and level of exposure.

12.21 RVs and caravans

Subject to Clause 12.2: the Company may access and clean the roof of an RV or caravan where reasonably safe to do so, but is not liable for damage to roof-mounted equipment (including air conditioning units, solar panels, vents, or aerials) except where directly and demonstrably caused by the Company's proven negligence. The Company will not operate, extend, or retract an awning or slide-out unless specifically asked to and shown how to do so safely. Propane, plumbing, and black-water or grey-water systems are outside the scope of Service under Clause 3.1 and are not inspected, serviced, or diagnosed by the Company.

13. Personal Property, Hazards, Allergies, Pets, and Children

13.1 Personal property. The Customer is solely responsible for removing all valuables and personal property from the vehicle before Service, including, but not limited to: cash, jewelry, and watches; passports or other identification documents; phones, laptops, and tablets; medication; firearms or other weapons; confidential or business documents; tools, cargo, or samples; undisclosed aftermarket equipment; and collectibles. The Company is not liable for any cash, valuables, or other personal property or vehicle contents left in or on the vehicle at any time before, during, or after the Service.

13.2 Hazard disclosure. The Customer must disclose, before booking or at latest before Service begins, any sharp objects, biohazardous material, or infestation in the vehicle. If discovered, the Company may stop work immediately and leave without refund, treating any amount already paid as covering time, travel, and resources already committed; the Company is not liable for any resulting injury to personnel or damage to equipment.

13.3 Allergies and sensitivities. The Customer must notify the Company in advance of any known allergy or sensitivity — affecting the Customer, household members, or passengers — to cleaning products or fragrances used, and the Company is not liable for a reaction where this was not disclosed.

13.4 Pets. Where a pet is present at the Service Location, the Customer is responsible for restraining or supervising it and keeping it a safe distance from personnel and equipment, and agrees to indemnify the Company for any resulting injury to personnel or damage to equipment.

13.5 Children. Where a child is present at the Service Location, the Customer is responsible for supervising the child and keeping them a safe distance from personnel and equipment, and agrees to indemnify the Company for any resulting injury to personnel or damage to equipment; the Company is not liable for injury arising from inadequate supervision.

⌘ Our technicians are always mindful and courteous around children and pets on site. This clause simply clarifies where legal responsibility for supervision sits — it isn't a reflection of how our team treats your family.

14. Customer Conduct, Interference, and Right to Refuse Unsafe Work

14.1 The Customer agrees, and will use reasonable efforts to ensure any passenger or third party present does not, interrupt or interfere with personnel during a Service, including, but not limited to, by repeatedly engaging technicians, opening doors or seats while work is in progress, starting or moving the vehicle, driving the vehicle before completion and acceptance (Clause 18), or spilling a substance onto a freshly cleaned surface. The Company is not liable for resulting delay and may pause, extend, or discontinue the Service if such conduct, or an interruption by building security or a third party, materially affects safe or efficient work.

14.2 The Company is not liable for damage arising from conduct described in Clause 14.1 by the Customer, an Authorized Representative, a passenger, or a third party, except where directly and demonstrably caused by the Company's proven negligence.

14.3 The Company may decline any instruction it reasonably considers unsafe, damaging, or outside a standard Service's scope, and may omit an area it cannot safely or properly access with the equipment available (e.g., the roof of a tall SUV), informing the Customer where practicable, without this being treated as a failure to complete the Service.

15. Service Location Compliance, Weather, and Force Majeure

15.1 The Customer is responsible for confirming that the Service Location, and performance of the Service there, complies with any applicable building, compound, HOA, tenancy, employer, or other similar rules or restrictions; the Company is not liable where access is refused by security or a Service cannot proceed due to undisclosed restrictions, and the Customer is responsible for any related neighbor complaint or parking or towing cost (Clause 7).

15.2 As Services are performed outdoors, weather — rain, wind, dust, sandstorms, heat, humidity — may affect scheduling and results, and the Company may postpone or discontinue a Service it reasonably judges unsafe or unsuitable, without liability. Given local conditions, dust, sand, pollen, or bird droppings settling on the vehicle shortly after completion is not a defect or a basis for a claim under Clause 18.

15.3 The Company is not liable for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, severe weather, sandstorms, natural disaster, governmental action or restriction, power or water outages, equipment or generator failure, civil disturbance, road closures, supplier interruption, labor shortage, or any other event beyond the Company's reasonable control.

15.4 The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the selected Service Location is lawful, safe, and suitable for the requested Service. The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or modify any Service if the location is deemed unsafe, unlawful, restricted, or unsuitable. The Company is not responsible for penalties, restrictions, or consequences arising from inaccurate information or failure by the Customer to provide an appropriate Service Location.

15.5 Where the Service Location is a marina, dock, mooring, boatyard, or similar watercraft facility, the Customer is responsible for ensuring the Company has lawful access in accordance with that facility's rules, including permitted service hours, fuel dock restrictions, and any rules on the discharge of water or cleaning products. Where the Vehicle is an RV, caravan, or other large vehicle, the Customer is responsible for confirming that the Service Location can reasonably accommodate the Vehicle and the Company's equipment.

16. Vehicle Ownership and Authority to Contract

16.1 By booking, the Customer represents that they own the vehicle or have the actual authority of the owner (including an employer, rental company, or fleet operator) to authorize the Service, and agrees to indemnify the Company against any claim from the actual owner or a third party arising from the Service having been authorized by the Customer.

17. Photographs, Records, and Evidence

17.1 The Customer authorizes the Company to photograph or record the vehicle before, during, and after Service for documentation, quality control, staff training, internal records, customer support, and the resolution of any dispute or claim.

17.2 Marketing use requires opt-in. The Company will only use photographs or recordings that identify the Customer's vehicle or property for marketing or promotional purposes with the Customer's prior written consent — including a simple yes/no confirmation given at the time of booking — and the Customer may withdraw that consent at any time for future use. Where consent is given, the Company will use reasonable efforts to avoid showing license plates or other identifying details externally.

17.3 The Company may keep and rely on records — including, but not limited to, photographs, notes, timestamps, location data, messages, invoices, and payment records — as evidence of vehicle condition, work performed, and communications in connection with any complaint, claim, or proceeding.

17.4 Where a Service Location has its own security or dashcam footage, either party may rely on it as evidence, and the Customer agrees not to publish footage of Company personnel in an edited or misleading way.

Clause 17.2 (marketing consent) is independent of Clauses 17.1, 17.3, and 17.4 (operational documentation and evidentiary use); withdrawal or invalidity of consent under Clause 17.2 does not affect the Company's rights under Clauses 17.1, 17.3, or 17.4.

18. Inspection, Acceptance, Complaints, and Reviews

18.1 The Customer or an Authorized Representative should inspect the vehicle immediately upon completion, before personnel leave, and raise any concern on the spot wherever possible. Departing the Service Location, paying, or not raising a concern at inspection confirms the Service was completed to a reasonable, satisfactory standard, other than any concern reported under this Clause 18.

18.2 Any complaint about a Service's standard or completeness should be reported as soon as reasonably possible, and in any case within twenty-four (24) hours of completion, together with clear supporting evidence such as timestamped photos or video. Prompt reporting allows the Company to investigate while conditions are fresh and evidence is clear; a long delay can make it difficult to establish what the vehicle's condition was at the time of Service and may distort the investigation. A complaint made after twenty-four (24) hours, or without sufficient evidence, may be declined where the delay has materially prejudiced the Company's ability to investigate the complaint or establish what caused the issue. The Company will consider the circumstances of the delay, including where an issue was hidden and only reasonably discoverable after the 24-hour window — for example, a defect only noticed the following day.

18.3 On a timely, well-evidenced claim under Clause 18.2, the Company may offer to re-perform the deficient portion; where it determines a genuine deficiency existed and re-performance is not accepted or practicable, any refund is partial and limited to the value of that deficient portion.

18.4 No refund applies to matters excluded from the Company's responsibility elsewhere in these Terms, including under Clauses 12 and 15.

18.5 The Company may request to inspect the vehicle, in person or via evidence, before agreeing any remedy; refusing this may result in the claim being declined.

18.6 The Company welcomes honest feedback. A Customer who leaves a public review or statement agrees it will honestly reflect their actual experience and contain no false, misleading, or defamatory content; this does not restrict the right to an honest negative review. The Company may respond publicly and pursue legal remedies for false or defamatory statements.

18.7 This Article 18 addresses complaints about the standard or completeness of a Service. A claim that the Company caused direct physical damage to the vehicle is addressed separately under Article 19 (Vehicle Damage Claims).

19. Vehicle Damage Claims

⌘ This process exists for the rare case where a Service genuinely causes physical damage. Most Services never come near it — but where it happens, we'd rather have a clear, fair process than leave it to guesswork.

19.1 This Article 19 sets out the process for a claim that the Company caused direct physical damage to the vehicle during a Service, as distinct from a complaint about Service quality or completeness under Clause 18.

19.2 A vehicle damage claim must be reported to the Company within twenty-four (24) hours of the Service's completion, together with clear supporting evidence such as timestamped photographs or video, subject to the same consideration of hidden or later-discovered issues described in Clause 18.2.

19.3 The Company will acknowledge a vehicle damage claim within two (2) business days of receipt.

19.4 Where reasonably necessary, the Company may request to inspect the vehicle in person, and will use reasonable efforts to do so within five (5) business days of the claim being acknowledged.

19.5 Where the Company determines, following investigation, that the damage was directly and demonstrably caused by the Company, the Company will, at its discretion: (a) arrange for the vehicle to be repaired at a reputable workshop selected by the Company; or (b) approve a repair quotation obtained by the Customer from a reputable workshop, and reimburse the Customer the approved amount upon completion of the repair and provision of evidence of payment. The Company may decline a quotation it reasonably considers excessive, inflated, or not reflective of the damage claimed, and may instead propose an alternative workshop or quotation.

19.6 Where the Company disputes that it caused the damage claimed, or disputes the extent of the damage, the parties will attempt to resolve the matter in good faith under Article 22 (Dispute Resolution).

19.7 This Article 19 governs the Company's liability for direct physical damage to the vehicle caused by its proven negligence, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud, and operates in place of the price-based limitation in Clause 20.1 for that category of claim. Clause 20.1 continues to apply to all other claims.

20. Liability, Indemnification, and Warranty Disclaimer

20(a). Limitation of Liability

20.1 Except as provided in Article 19 (Vehicle Damage Claims) for direct physical damage to the Customer's vehicle, and to the maximum extent permitted under the laws of the State of Qatar, the Company's total aggregate liability arising from any Service in contract or under statute shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Customer for the specific Service giving rise to the claim, irrespective of the number of legal causes of action, claims, or remedies asserted. Where a claim arises in tort, this limit applies only to the extent, and from the point in time, that Qatari law permits liability for such a claim to be limited by agreement.

20.2 The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, loss of income, loss of business or business opportunity, loss of use of the vehicle, cost of alternative transportation, missed appointments, emotional distress, or diminution in the value of the vehicle.

20.3 Clause 20.1 (the liability limitation) and Clause 20.2 (exclusion of indirect/consequential damages) are separate limitations operating by different legal mechanisms. If either is found invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the other remains in full force and effect.

20.4 Nothing in these Terms, including Clauses 20.1 and 20.2, excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of the State of Qatar, or liability for the Company's gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud (Clause 12.2).

20(b). Indemnification

⌘ This section protects both sides by making clear who is responsible for what. The vast majority of bookings never come anywhere near it — it matters mainly in edge cases like undisclosed damage or an unauthorized booking.

20.5 The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its personnel from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with, including, but not limited to: false or incomplete information provided by the Customer; undisclosed defects, mechanical issues, or hazards; an unsafe or unauthorized Service Location; undisclosed modifications; a claim by the vehicle's actual owner where the Customer lacked authority (Clause 16); negligence or misconduct by the Customer, an Authorized Representative, or a third party, pet, or child at the Service Location; an unwarranted chargeback (Clause 10); and any third-party claim arising from the Customer's use or ownership of the vehicle.

20(c). Warranty Disclaimer

20.6 Except where required by Qatari law, Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” No guarantee is made that every stain, odor, scratch, or defect will be fully corrected, or that any protective product will last for a specific period; no specific result forms part of these Terms unless confirmed separately in writing by an authorized representative.

21. Website, Social Media, and Advertising

21.1 Images, videos, before-and-after comparisons, and similar content shown on the Company's website, social media accounts, or in any advertisement are for illustrative purposes only. They do not represent a guaranteed or expected result for any specific vehicle, as outcomes depend on that vehicle's individual age, condition, and history (see also Clause 3.2).

21.2 Content published on the Company's social media accounts, third-party advertising platforms, or any channel other than the Company's official website may not reflect the Company's current pricing, process, or inclusions. As set out in Clause 3.3, the Company's official website is the definitive source for this information at the time of booking.

21.3 Customer communications — including booking confirmations, scheduling updates, and customer support replies, whether sent via WhatsApp, calls, email, SMS, or the website — may be prepared or assisted using artificial intelligence or other automated tools, always subject to the Company's oversight and these Terms. The use of such tools does not, by itself, reduce the reliability of, or the Company's responsibility for, information the Company has confirmed to the Customer.

21.4 This website may include content prepared or assisted using artificial intelligence or other automated tools, maintained by the Company as part of its ordinary website content. The use of AI-assisted drafting does not, by itself, render any information on the website or these Terms inaccurate, non-binding, or unreliable. As with any website content, the Company will correct genuine errors it becomes aware of, and the definitive Service description remains as set out in Clause 3.3.

21.5 The original language of these Terms, the Company's website, and its content is English. Any of the foregoing may be translated into other languages for convenience; in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail and take precedence.

21.6 The Company is not responsible for the availability, content, security, or policies of any third-party platform (including, but not limited to, WhatsApp, Instagram, Google, or Meta) used to communicate with or advertise to the Customer, or for any hyperlink to a third-party website, and does not endorse the content of any linked site.

21.7 Testimonials, reviews, and displayed results reflect the individual experience of the customer or vehicle concerned at that time and are not a guarantee that any other Customer will achieve the same or a similar result.

21.8 Any communication generated or assisted by artificial intelligence under Clause 21.3 is provided for convenience and does not vary these Terms, the published price, or the Service scope; in the event of any conflict, these Terms and the Company's official website (Clause 3.3) prevail unless confirmed otherwise in writing by an authorized representative of the Company. This Clause does not limit the Company's responsibility for information it has confirmed to the Customer in writing.

22. Dispute Resolution

22.1 This Article 22 sets out the process the parties will follow, in good faith, before pursuing a claim through the courts or other formal proceedings.

22.2 The Customer submits a complaint or claim to the Company through any of the channels in Clause 2.1, describing the issue and providing any supporting evidence available.

22.3 The Company will acknowledge receipt of the complaint or claim within two (2) business days.

22.4 The Company will investigate the complaint or claim, which may include requesting further information or evidence from the Customer, or inspecting the vehicle in person or via evidence under Clause 18.5 or Article 19, as applicable.

22.5 Following investigation, the Company will propose a resolution, which may include re-performance of the Service, a partial or full refund, a repair or reimbursement under Article 19, or a decision that no remedy is warranted, together with the Company's reasoning.

22.6 If the matter remains unresolved after this process, either party may pursue any remedy available to it under Qatari law, including before the courts referred to in Clause 23.2.

23. Confidentiality, Governing Law, and General Provisions

23.1 All Company content, branding, pricing structures, and business methods are the Company's property and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent; non-public information the Company shares with the Customer is confidential.

23.2 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith under Article 22 (Dispute Resolution); unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of Qatar, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

23.3 The Company may amend these Terms at any time; amendments take effect on publication or communication, and continued use or booking after that constitutes acceptance — it is the Customer's responsibility to review the current Terms before each booking.

23.4 Severability. If any sub-clause of these Terms is found by a court, arbitrator, or regulator to be invalid, unenforceable, or unreasonable (including as arbitrary under Civil Code Article 106), it shall be limited, narrowed, or severed to the minimum extent necessary to remove the defect, and only that specific sub-clause is affected. The remaining sub-clauses — including any other sub-clause within the same Article — remain in full force and effect and shall be interpreted and enforced as if the invalid sub-clause had not been included. Each Article of these Terms is drafted as a set of independent sub-clauses for this purpose, and no sub-clause is intended to be essential to, or a condition of, the enforceability of any other.

23.5 These Terms are the entire agreement between the parties on this subject and supersede prior discussions or quotations, except as expressly agreed otherwise in writing by an authorized representative.

23.6 The Company may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, to a successor, affiliate, or purchaser of its business, without the Customer's consent. The Customer may not assign or transfer these Terms without the Company's prior written consent.

23.7 These Terms are between the Company and the Customer only. No other person — including a passenger, household member, employer, or the vehicle's actual owner where different from the Customer — acquires any right under these Terms, except as the Company may separately agree in writing.

23.8 The Company reserves the right to amend the pricing, service methods, service frequency, or scope of any one-time Service, effective for any booking made after the change is published on the Company's official website (Clause 3.3). Changes affecting an active Subscription are governed exclusively by Clause 9.9, not by this Clause 23.8.
